In P.E., we will be starting our Flag Football unit for the month of March and finishing it about mid-April. In this unit, students will learn how to catch and properly throw the football, along with some basic fundamentals and agility drills. These skills that we will learn will help them in a game time situation as well as develop more fine and gross motor skills that can be used in other physical activities.
Students will also continue with their daily seven stretches and warm-ups that will prepare them for the physical fitness test at the end of the year.
Parents please encourage your student in working on their Push-ups and Sit-ups at home.
